Faultless. Very comfortable and spotless accommodation, everything seemed brand new. Marvellous breakfast and welcoming host, Karen. Would gladly go again.

Very comfortable spotless accommodation for our week in Suffolk. Excellent breakfasts served by Karen with a wide and plentiful choice. Plenty to see from here, including The Red House (home of Benjamin Britten and Peter Pears), Snape Maltings, Sutton Hoo and superb gardens at Helmingham Hall. A good choice of restaurants in Aldeburgh.

Karen, who owns the Tirah Guest House made us feel so welcome. We were both sick with colds and she sent meals to our room and sent us on our way with fresh fruit. The entire property is lovely, immaculately clean and spotless and well appointed. The bedding was especially luscious - very high quality. The breakfasts were delicious and provided many choices for all different dietary needs. We would return and highly recommend it.

Best B&B we have ever stayed in.
We had the best time at Tirah. We received a very warm and friendly welcome from our host Karen. Our room was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and very well presented. We will definitely stay there again in the future and would highly recommend this beautiful B & B.

Fantastic stay and good value.
Fantastic B and B. The room was absolutely spotless and had great facilities. I needed early check in as I was attending a wedding and my request was easily accommodated. The breakfast had a wide selection and was very very tasty. Highly recommend anyone considering staying here.
The only thing I would advise is that if you aren’t a driver, pre book all of your taxis throughout your stay. It is nigh on impossible to book one within two hours notice.

Lovely stay
We had a lovely time staying at the B&B, Karen is a great host. The room we stayed in was lovely, with beautiful views over the fields. The breakfast was everything you could want and more.

Ideal base for exploring the local area.
Peaceful setting with high standard, spotlessly clean accommodation. Karen is a great hostess offering a wide selection of breakfast items.
Room 8 would benefit from a table light on the desk and a wider quilt on the super king size bed.
A word to the wise: Due to the amount of wildlife (deer, large and small, badgers and hedgehogs) in the area driving after dark can be hazardous.
