很舒服的地理位置，很私密的空間，房間比較大，床和沙發都很舒服。服務員都算是熱情，最窩心的員工應該只有外區餐廳的兩位小夥子了！ 美中不足的地方也不少，衞浴用品太久，還有壞掉的狀態；電視太小跟本來房間空間差異太大，服務員也比較難找到。最最最最最的覺得恐懼的是前台的服務人員John，看到各別對待的態度，看到中國護照特別刁難，這導致我對這家店埋下深淵！

We had a great time as the product and service standard were excellent. The staff was very helpful, kind and professional. Our room was fantastic and the buffet breakfast was delicious. Dinner was average. Great job and thanks!

NewYear’s Eve getaway The entire staff was very friendly and eager to please. The casitas were nicely furnished, roomy, and comfortable. I found the bed to be a bit too firm for my taste. The grounds were clean. The negatives are attributed to the very slow dining service. It took forever to get our order, and check. They were out of a number of items that were in the menu. The food was mediocre. They did have a decent breakfast buffet.

This place is close to zoobic Safari and Ocean Adventure. They have a little private beach. If they were fully booked they might feel crowded (i'm not sure). We went in August and it was like having our own beach and pool. Every relaxing. The only thing i'd say to be aware of is the access road is a few km of driving through the mangrove forest to get to them.

Great stay ! Overall everything is good and okay except our buffet breakfast. Service during breakfast was poor. Even during snack or dinner time, it takes a while before they could served the food. But hotel accommodation is excellent.

The hotel is beautiful and the place is very gorgeous. Definitely will comeback again

I really enjoyed my stay here. If your looking to just relax and enjoy the nature at the same time this is the resort for you.
