The room is ok but the water draining is rather slow. and the shower glass door silicon flap is off. So water tends to splash out to the dry area. Hope this issue can be resolved. And the aircond in the room is not cooling enough especially when just checked in. It needs a whole day to cool the room. Breakfast is so so. This hotel is just average.

房間竟然沒有拖鞋、除了浴巾其它毛巾也完全沒有。商務出行體驗就差了，最恐怖的是早晨遇到中國旅行團整個餐廳就成了菜市場吵到你頭大，中國的大媽們你們低調點就不行嗎😅

酒店的位置很不錯，在市中心，交通很方便，附近吃的東西也很多，環境也很安靜，非常不錯，下次還會繼續住。。。

Not sure how the room keeper perform their routine cleaning & room preparation , simple thing like pillow case can’t get it right , how unfortunate. Not sure if I could repeat stay once again

There is car park in the hotel building which is convenient, flat rate RM8 if give your credit card or TnG with receptionist. Check in is smooth and friendly. The room is quite spacious and looks clean. However, there is issue of cockroach, once I enter the room and switch on the lights, a few baby cockroaches were running to hide and I stepped on them! Later when I lie on the bed, one small cockroach appear in front of pillow and then quickly hid away, I wasn’t able to smash it. Management should really look into this issue, it would be really dangerous if it gets into our ears or mouth when we are sleeping. Other than this, all others are good.

Check in at night and there’s a power shortage from 12am to 4am. Without any compensation. Terrible experience…

Stay many nights, last night double booked. The staff refuse to help cancel the last night booking. Will not book the hotel in future
