Quality Inn & Suites Stuttgart North

Place was a dump. sink barely worked, Rooms were disgusting dirty sheets with stains on them bloody boogers left on the wall next to the toilet. I tried to check out and get my money back the next day after I woke up, I couldn’t because I booked through ******* so I called ******* sat on the phone for an 40 mins, Got nowhere then tried to get my money back through the insurance once again Got nowhere. I was extremely disappointed I got screwed out of my money to stay in a disgusting hotel with very misleading pictures and reviews. I am not the type to complain and I was not expecting an amazing room, especially for what I paid, but this was absolutely absurd, and the fact that I couldn’t get my money back or even speak to a real person through the insurance was a complete waste of time and money. I’ll make sure to never book with ******* again and to tell all of my friends and family to do the same until I at least get A real person to call me with ******* and hear my complaint. I never checked in I cancelled my stay
