In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine (for shared use), ski boot dryer. Supermarket 2.7 km, bus stop "Stummerberg Untergassen" 400 m, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 3.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km, bathing lake 6 km. Mountain railway 10 km, ski lift 4 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochzillertalbahn/Kaltenbach 4 km, Spieljochbahn/Fügen 10 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Very nice, modern apartment in the mountains. A car is required for shopping and excursions. Parking directly at the house. Landlord very friendly and nice. Ideal for hiking, excursions or relaxing. We would love to come back, thank you again.

Stylishly furnished apartment with a large eat-in kitchen. Very nice terrace with a fantastic view of the Zillertal Mountains. Comfortable ski cellar, directly accessible from the parking lot.

Die Wohnung hat Platz für 5 Personen, ist sauber und gepflegt. Der große Balkon mit Traumblick lädt einfach zum Draußensitzen und Genießen ein. Supermarkt, Freibad, Spielplatz und Restaurants sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ohne das geht es hier all
