隔音設備很差，房間關門、樓道隔音效果不佳，服務員不足…導致給予的服務欠奉。純屬經濟型旅館，作為驛站考慮…可以合格。

All staff very welcoming and helpfu. Just accross rd from trafford centre, bus and tram station . Excellent breakfast and kids upto 16 yrs eat free with paying adult 15 min tram/ bus ride to old trafford . Hotel right beside a golf centre that has driving range and 2 great 18 hole crazy golf courses and ski centre

Lovely clean room, friendly staff, breakfast was delicious and my daughter also got gifted some sweets and chocolate by the staff because it was her birthday. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Great experience. We will be back. Special thanks to Barbara

Been here a couple of times now and its in a great location. Rooms are what you would expect like every other Premier Inn, but unfortunately the WiFi is like every other Premier Inn too and very poor, they always seem to build them in places where there is very poor phone signal and they want you to pay for the better (apparently) WiFi which is just as bad speaking from experience. What i can say though is the bar and restaurant staff are amazing, especially a great guy called Celio, who couldnt do enough to help you, he was fantastic with me and I watched him with everyone else he served and was extremely professional and went above and beyond. 1st class service.

My wife’s favourite Premier Inn lived up to her expectations again. Comfortable room, clean with great nights sleep with an excellent team in the social area especially Celio who looked after us in the bar and restaurant. The recent refurbished area is a nice area to relax in.

Excellent service for dinner tonight from Célio. He was really thoughtful about bringing our son's food out early, which made a big difference. The conversation flowed easily, the food hit the spot, and the whole place had such a warm, welcoming feel to it. Célio checked in just enough without being pushy, and we left feeling like we'd had one of those perfect little family dinners where everything just works. Definitely coming back!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
