Checking in was already a sign no smile no hello just name and not even looking up and look you in the face however the first part still needs to come. The room had no airco and the bed was dirty with hairs on it and my sheet was full of blood. The bathroom again dirty with hairs and stains all over the place. The carpet was so dirty I didn’t even want to walk barefoot in my own room. Never again and please book somewhere else. No idea how this hotel can be a travel choice 2025. Makes me also think about this.

Excellent service from Rochelle and Lucy. This is my second visit at Premier Inn. I always love coming back here because the staff are so lovely and accommodating. The hotel is also only a 5 min walk from the Trafford centre which is great! The food in the restaurant was lovely and great value for price- will definitely be back again!

To be clear, the staff at this hotel were polite and quick to serve. So the rating is in no way a reflection of the service. However the hotel itself including the rooms and facilities are simply poor and not up to the level of even a premier inn expectation. Entire hotel has no air conditioning which in the time visited is a big issue. All dispensers for soap and conditioner etc were empty in the bathroom and the shower tap doesn’t work at all unless screwed back on! Various broken elements of furniture and fixtures within the rooms and simply not up to cleanliness standards. Location is excellent opposite the Trafford centre so I understand the appeal for shoppers but it was a genuinely poor experience even at the 105 per night price tag we paid.

The room was comfy and plenty of space very clean and tidy thestaff very friendly and professional. Chloe made us feel very welcome in the bar /restaurant and looked after us the whole time we were in the restaurant. Murry was the cheif the food we had was cooked to perfection and came nicely presented and hot would definitely recommend trying

Visted the hotel in West days ago and now this . This hotel exceeded all expectations! The staff were welcoming, the room was spotless. Great location, nice atmosphere, and excellent service throughout. I’ll definitely return!

Easy to park and find the hotel. Received a warm friendly greeting at reception and was dealt with efficiently. The room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately the TV guide didn’t work and I was better off using no WiFi on my phone as things took longer to load using the premier inn wifi. And also it’s not very soundproof and could hear every door closing through the night. The breakfast was good and made to order. Had no problems at all. Great location right next to the Trafford Centre but no road crossing for pedestrians from the hotel to the Trafford Centre.

Very welcoming and clean staff are amazing and beds were so comfortable. We had a great time in the bar with the kids playing pool and they were so glad to have been given books at reception to read while they were in bed. Would recommend to anyone

Rochelle and Lucy were so friendly. From start to finish, they helped me book in for a meal deal which was great value! The food in the restaurant was great also. I enjoy my visit very much thank you for the great experience. Will definitely be returning to. Wishing them nothing but the best

Hotel has friendly staff and is a great location near Trafford Centre across the road. Clean, comfy hotel with a lively restaurant next door showing all the big games, perfect for football fans or anyone wanting good food and atmosphere nearby.
