PRIMAVERA

The location is very nice! In the middle of the city centre, with everything just outside the door. We had a triple room with a large entryway with closets, a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. However, this room is definitely in need of renovation — worn paint and stains on the walls, a loose floor trim that was just leaning against the wall, and a very dirty ceiling in the hallway. With a fresh coat of paint and a bit of surface finishing, it could have been great! The breakfast was okay, with the basics covered — but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of service and being more proactive towards guests. Positive: Low price and great location. And only need small adjustment and painting, to be much better.

Friendly helpful staff . When the train to Malpensa was cancelled due to flooding on the line , the very helpful gentleman on reception booked me on the shuttle bus direct to Malpensa , which was ideal . Excellent service - thank you! JW.

A good value hotel Hotel Primavera is a good 3 star hotel in the pedestrian district of Stresa. We had a good 5 nights stay there. The room was spacious by European standards, it had a balcony big enough for 2 chairs, a kettle (but no teas or coffees were provided), and an empty mini fridge. The bathroom had apparently been recently redecorated and was nice. There have been some negative comments about the breakfast, but we found it to be good for a 3 star hotel. Sure, the "orange juice" was made from concentrate and was about 90 % water and there was rationing with croissants - one per person - but otherwise the buffet contained everything you can sensibly expect. There were 3 different kinds of cold cuts, 3 cheeses, lots of cereals, different breads, jams etc. You did not need to leave the breakfast table hungry. Overall the hotel provided good value for money and we would happily stay there again.

Hotel con camere si vede con mobili nuovi e buon livello di pulizia Manca cura dei dettagli, luci comodini non funzionanti, bagno attacco asciugacapelli nel muro lasciato a vista , sono arrivato la sera e le scale erano intrise da odori di cucinato del ristorante sotto , parcheggio dell hotel non c’è e non ti dicono dove lasciare l auto Vista posizione diciamo che se ne approfitta un po’ non curando tanti dettagli

Ottima posizione per chi vuole godersi appieno il lago, in mezzo a tanti locali, camere funzionali e moderne . Andrebbero rivisti i bagni e un parcheggio convenzionato, ma dato il periodo abbiamo subito trovato un parcheggio gratuito. Stanze silenziose e pulte ottimo hotel da tenere in considerazione
