B&B was in a quiet farm, which was away from tourist crowd but could easily access to Reading by car within 20 minutes. We stayed at a studio, which was spacious, beautifully decorated and was fully equipped with kitchen facilities. The view from the window of the studio was stunning. Sitting at the patio, immersing in the sun bath and watching at the picturesque greenery was so amazing. During our stay, sometimes we cooked our breakfast by using the raw material provided, while sometimes we enjoyed the cooked breakfast prepared by the host, Simon. The cooked English breakfast was tasty. Simon was very helpful, thoughtful and generous. He even let us to check-in several hours earlier than the official time. Besides, he tried his best to make our stay comfortable and happy. We had wonderful stay at the B&B.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay here. Simon was very friendly and we felt very welcomed into his home. Beds are the comfiest I've stayed in, normally awake early but overslept both days. Breakfast was delicious with a lovely array of goodies to include cooked, cereal, toast and fruits. We stayed in the loft with a kingsize bed, ensuite and use of the lounge and kitchen area. My daughter was in the kingsize room on the next floor down. Overall a fab stay in this lovely old farmhouse. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area

Simon and Zara were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's clearly a home and working farm so loads more charm and character than a lot of B&Bs and bland hotels. Beds are warm, showers are decent and breakfast was excellent. As Simon said, it's a work in progress, so a few corners are missing but this adds to the charm of the place. Great value and I hope we can stay again.
