Residence le Moon

Amazing place.

We stayed in Strasbourg in order to visit the Christmas markets there and in Colmar. The room at Le Moon was very clean, very comfortable and very spacious. Bathroom was excellent with a powerful shower. Location was good, close to the sights but quiet at the same time. The only downsides were having to climb two flights of stairs due to the lack of a lift and the arrangements re arrival aren’t ideal. Reception is open until 6pm but you still have to book an arrival time with the hotel. When I messaged with an amended time (still well before the deadline) I was then asked what train we were catching!! Upon arrival, we had to phone the reception as the front door was locked and the doorbell did not work. When checking in, we were immediately asked what time we would be checking out!! It’s not a cheap hotel and so I wouldn’t have expected to be ‘hassled’ in this manner. There are good sized lockers downstairs in the building which were available for storing our luggage on the last day after we had checked out while we spent a few more hours in the city. Overall a very nice place to stay but the admin arrangements could do with some improvement.

La Moon a votre portée ! Tres bon séjour dans un lieu magnifiquement décoré. Belles prestations dans un hôtel particulier rénové. Personnel efficace et discret. Pensez a préciser votre degré de mobilité car il n y a pas d ascenseur et pour ma part le 4eme etage sans ascenseur à mon grand âge... ça pique !

5+ stars You usually give 5 stars when everything is satisfying about your stay. But this time I give 5 stars to a highly recommended hotel. Everything was perfect! The room was very clean, spacious, sound proof, comfortable and very well spotted. Don't hesitate to stay at the Moon if you plan to go to Strasbourg

My family and I traveled to Strasbourg in mid-June, and we were very pleasantly surprised with our fantastic experience staying at Residence Le Moon. The apart'hotel was larger than other places we've stayed, and it was in a nice and quiet part of town. There's a nice area in the back, and there is a washer/dryer in the basement that helps -- especially for families that may be traveling. All in all - we'll definitely plan to return when next we visit.

Nous y avons séjourné avec deux adolescents. -Muni d’une cuisinette complète. -Beaucoup d’espace - Chambre fermée. Les lits étaient confortables et des robes de chambre étaient à notre disposition. - Des produits de bain Clarins complets étaient offerts. - Localisation de l’hôtel PARFAIT. Tout se joins à distance de marche. - L’arrivée se fait de façon autonome et c’est très facile. - Une buanderie est dispo ible aur place. Propreté sans reproche. Attention: pas d’ascenseur. Nous le recommandons sans hésitation.
