The People - Strasbourg

The first time I came to Strasbourg it was soooo amazing. And of course those places tend to be quite pricey! But this hostel is an option to stay at reasonable prices! Definitely good for your trip

Случайно забронировал 2 кровати. Написал в систему бронирования. Этот отель никак не реагирует, не отвечает. На ресепшен ответили, что да, отменили 1 из 2 кроватей, но системе бронирования ничего не сообщили… Сотрудники очень доброжелательные. И в самом отеле, и в баре. Но напитки невкусные, только вода без газа более менее ничего. Но очень приятное отношение.

At check-in, there was no staff at the reception, and I waited over ten minutes before someone appeared. They then assisted a guest who arrived after me, which left a poor impression. A bell or some kind of alert system would be helpful when staff are away from the desk. The bed was clean, but the room was very hot due to the lack of air conditioning, and loud noise from outside continued until around 1 a.m., making it hard to sleep. In addition, heavy footsteps could be heard throughout the building even after 11 p.m.—so frequent and loud that I wondered if people were running laps on an indoor track or if a kindergarten class was still playing. I chose this hotel for its 24-hour reception and affordable price due to my flight schedule, but I would not stay here again.

24小時的櫃檯讓凌晨班機延誤的我能夠隨時入住，女生六人房的床位跟房間大小都不錯，不過淋浴間的水不能調溫度，我差點被燙熟了，也沒有吹風機。

Auberge neuve en plein centre de Strasbourg, réception injoignable, le réceptionniste de la veille a oublié ma pièce d'identité lors de check-in dans sa machine il n'a même pas chercher à me contacter ni lui ni l'équipe du jour, j'ai dû faire demi-tour pour l'a récupérer quand je le suis rendu compte lors d'un contrôle routier.
