Location ok for those who visit European Parliament. Only a few tram stops away. Good breakfast for a busy quest. Service was kind and helpful. Facilities included all the necessities.

Even though the location is fine, the service of the hotel is unacceptable. During the check-in process, the reception lady only told us the room floor and didn't mention any checkout time or Wi-Fi password. Therefore, we followed the check-out time on the trip website. The following day they told me that we needed to leave before 11 pm and allowed us to spend more couple minutes. They said the time on the website was wrong but the problem is why they don't adjust and tell us during the check-in. It is bothering us to rashly prepare our staff to leave. Also, there was one thing to complain but it maybe was my special case. There was a poo in the toilet…… I think the quality of reception needs to well well-trained more and the check out time

Versucht die Buchung zu stornieren, entsprechendes Formular bei Trip.com ausgefüllt. Keine Antwort. So sieht Service aus. Nicht.

El desayuno muy completo y variado. Mucho mejor que en otros hoteles de más categoría. Importante que dejen hacer el checkin antes de la hora prevista si tienen la habitación preparada.

Es war alles perfekt! Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war okay. Das Bett war bequem und man konnte gut schlafen und entspannen. Gerne wieder! Es lohnt sich…

Belle surprise pour cet hôtel 3 étoiles. L'hôtel à été rénové récemment. Chambres petites mais confortables, le petit déjeuner très correct pour le prix et les équipes très sympathiques. Jolie décoration pour les fêtes de fin d'année. Je recommande.

Amazing staff and perfect stay Increidible stay! Shower and bed and location 3 blocks from city center. Staff was amazing, helps us with a map, travel advise and place to park 2 free directions 2 blocks from the hotel. Super safe zone, clean and smells really good! I love it

Peu adapté aux familles Chambre vraiment petite. Salle de bains pas très propre. Personnel sympathique mais peu disponible (à l’exception d’une personne qu’on a eu la chance d’avoir le premier jour).
