Hôtel Mercure Strasbourg Centre Gare arvostelua

Walk across from Strasbourg Central Station ( Gare Central) to the Hotel. There's another Mercure Hotel nearby. Can walk to Petite France area. Notre Dame Cathedral Strasbourg can be easily reached by Tram if you do not want to try walking. Couldn't find an English TV channel. In the case of my room, toilet flush not powerful? Need to be repaired or replaced?

L’hôtel est actuellement en rénovation et propose des chambres très très vieillottes et très peu nettoyées pour ces promos ! Je ne recommande absolument pas tant que toutes les chambres soient rénovées... Par contre, le personnel est impeccable.

Good location with few mins walk from station and not far from Carrefour express with variety of wines.

位置很近車站，一出站就看得到！提早去放行李，讓我們提早checkin，房間算寬敞可以打開2個行李箱！ 早餐有多種選擇，服務態度都很好！

Hotel is located just across the train stations. Lots of shops and eateries within a short walk. Room is clean and spacious.

Vintage Em frente à estação ferroviária. Recepção bonita, mas os quartos possuem mobiliário antigo e pesado. No banheiro, não havia uma tomada padrão europeu para ligar escova giratória.

Hôtel en face de la gare de Strasbourg et à 10 minutes de marche du centre historique de Strasbourg. Réception en 2 minutes tout était prêt. Le tapis des couloirs et des chambres est à renouvellement. Chambre bon état bonne literie, Petit déjeuner correcte pour un Mercure bon service.

Personnel très sympathique et accueillant, chambre vieillotte, mur pas très propre, chambre avec une odeur de cigarette très désagréable, toilettes fissuré et miroir très abîmé, carrelage de salle de bain fissuré joint très sale baignoire non nettoyées, manque des volets ou fenêtres. Le problème nous entendons du bruit extérieur en permanence, moquette au sol plus ou moins propre.

ストラスブール中央駅の真ん前にあるので大変便利でした。 まあまあ広く、清潔で使いやすい部屋でした。 朝食はメルキュールの標準的なレベルで、満足できました。 特筆すべきはお風呂のお湯の出が大変良かったことです。 問題は、大聖堂まで徒歩20分ほどかかることと、団体客の利用が多いことでしょうか。

Front Desk staff and Servers at Breakfast were wonderful. Very polite and service oriented. Anticipated our needs.

Room problems On one of the days, the keycard for our children’s room did not work. I went to the front desk 3 times before they came to see for themselves. On two of the three days, the toilet was running making a noise that made it difficult to sleep. We reported it 3 times and they said it was fixed. It was running been we left. For 350 euro a night —we know Strasbourg is expensive — this was not a good experience. The breakfast and breakfast staff were terrific.
