Wonderful in every way! We loved the beautiful room with incredible bathroom! Also - beautiful setting at the Trapp Family location! Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer! Highly recommend!

Beautiful location/ views. 3.5/5 stay Great location, nice views. Host replied promptly. Check in was a little confusing. Was told Key cards would be in the actual lodge unit in the door jam before checking in. Had to go to the main lodge 5 minutes down the road and talk to a receptionist. Listing is a little deceiving. It’s One room connected to another section of the rest of the unit. Separated by 2 dead-bolted doors. Walls are paper thin and as mentioned by someone else, the neighbor had barking dogs that went off anytime you moved in or out. Lodge amenities are a drive down the road from the actual unit. Close drive to Stowe which was nice. Clean unit. Fireplace wasn’t cleaned upon checking in.

We had an absolutely lovely stay in the Villa! We had a perfect stay in Stowe! We were celebrating our 25th anniversary! The Villa was so quaint! JP was wonderful to work with! Very kind and helpful!!! We enjoyed our dinner at the Trappe lodge along with breakfast at the bakery every morning! , with the beautiful views we sat outside every morning enjoying the crisp cool fall air and gorgeous fall foliage while eating our yummy food! Soo many delicious options! We did eat breakfast in the dinning hall our last morning, it was a buffet style with equally delicious!!! Needless to say Villa 29 was just perfect! Thanks again JP!

Perfect! Suite was exactly as advertised; stay on Von Trapp lodge property even better than expected! We enjoyed the restaurant, the birthdays, the cross country ski trails and the hot tub. If you arrive early for check in or want to stay a little longer after check out there’s plenty of places to hang out and things to do on the property. Perfect! Can’t wait to stay again.
