Stoke Place- Part of the Cairn Collection

The Hotel was incredible good located, the Garden surrounding the Hotel was amazing. The breakfast was quite full and also the food was fresh. The bar tender Silvester was amazingly kind, and he was really keen on preparing all cocktails. The receptionist Walmer was also so kind, we forgot the charger adapter and he gave us one! Also he was always prepared to solve any questions we had!! Our experience was much more of what we were expecting. I definitely recommend this Hotel, not only for the building but for all the staff!! Definitely my Number one come back 🇦🇷

I turned up after dark to a very impressive, well lit venue. Very helpful staff and easy check in. Lovely room, not particularly big but a very comfortable bed with a nice bathroom (great shower) and tea making facilities. I did not have dinner or breakfast there and left quite early so did not spend much time there on this occasion. It is in a very nice, quiet location and easy to access from the M25 via the M4 or M40. I certainly plan to stay there again. The Christmas decorations were very well done - beautiful.

Absolutely amazing hotel with friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and tidy. We will definitely be back again soon.

Family time enjoying afternoon tea in the most beautiful surroundings. Ages 15 to 86 a lovely time had by all. Special shout out to the friendly and attentive Izzy and Sylvester who served us well, nothing to much trouble. Thanks guys for making it such an enjoyable afternoon.

Fabulous afternoon tea. Delightful treats and such a variety - So colourful. All delicious . Exceptional service. Our waitress could not do enough for us. The location is perfect with stunning grounds. A lovely extra touch was the beautiful, decorated chocolate for the birthday we were celebrating.

Hotel is run down and clearly money does not go back into investing in it (electricals must be illegal .. check em out....poor quality rooms that you'd expect etc etc) - this, I can't get my head around... I believe they were bought out/ sold when struggling and it's just in make money mode - presumably in last days of its life.. What I can't get my head around is that we left cufflinks in the bathroom as we rushed out in the morning - they were place to the right shelf above away from the sink.... We left and returned home 2 hours later .. I noticed and we called the reception. The same lady who was there when we arrived advised that noone had been to the room as house keeping was due later. Therefore room was unaffected since we left.... I advised where I had literally 1 hour before left these cufflinks... she advises she will go look.. Comes back abruptly ... there not there... good bye.. If you value your belongings I sincerely do not recommend. Check out the other posts of this theme ... there is one about jewellery being stolen that was the exact same as my experience.... If you do have to go, do not bring anything of value with you, especially, do not leave anything in your room... it will be taken... As if, as soon you leave the room... its finders keepers and it's all there's... These cufflinks, while clearly are of monetary value, held much much more sentimental value... Don't expect a phone call advising they will send your left items to your home address, this ain't that hotel...

Went to the bottomless Sunday lunch recently, having been twice before and really enjoyed it. This time not so good. Plus points: The servers were delightful and friendly. The bottomless wine aspect was great - no skimping! The downsides: a) They mixed our order up and therefore 5 of us were eating and the other was waiting for the meal to be done. b) For a roast dinner, so many items microwaved - the chicken, parsnips, potatoes. And the Yorkie was from frozen - unbelievable that a roast is not roasted or yorkies homemade - it's not difficult if you are a chef. All in all disappointing. And the meal sat heavy on us all day, really not sure what was in it! I'm not sure we'll rushy back, which is a shame as before we really loved it.

The hotel is first class. The room was superb, food was excellent, service was first rate and staff were very accommodating. We had the Alexandre suite overlooking the garden, it was excellent and would thoroughly recommend it. The food we had in the evening was fresh hot and faultless, breakfast was the same. We were made to feel very welcome, comfortable and looked after impeccably. I had read bad reviews, don't belive them. This was a first rate hotel., and wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had a lovely time at the Stoke Place Hotel.I went with my family for a lunch and we had a lovely afternoon with live music. We sat at the terrace and had a great service. The burger was delicious and Pina Colada just perfect. After we went for a walk around the lake. Thank you.
