Premier Inn Stoke-On-Trent (Hanley)

I always stay here and will always compliment the standard of the room The friendliness of the staff And the food in the restaurant I work in the area now and will always book here Iv also told my work colleagues to do the same Large car park very close to city centre

The staff members were amazing, they look me to my room as I didn’t know where I was going. The room was very clean. It was outstanding. I will be definitely be coming again. The price is good not too cheap or expensive. Abbie was excellent is helping me to register in the hotel. She had excellent manners she was kind and helpful but mainly she was very polite. Edward was polite and showed me to my room as I didn’t know where I was going. He was smiley and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay.

We came to Premier Inn hotel as a family trip. Over all it is a nice hotel. However, it doesnt have much facilities for children. The room was big, enough for 2 adults and 2 children .The breakfast was delicious, but they have no hotel chocolate.

The dirty grime in the shower tray, had to buy flip flips to use the shower. The tv remote was dirty! The shower get bottle; the metal holding it was full of rust. Better cleaning standards needed. We left earlier than planned due to the dirt. Car parking on site was useful. The restaurant was nothing special, go the ones across the road, better quality!

Pleasant staff. Good spacious clean room There is an attached pub/restaurant which served good evening food and breakfast. There is plenty of free parking and is close to the shops. I will return next time I am working in or around Stoke. ...

We were visiting friends and relatives. Our stay was pleasant. We found thecstaff pleasant candles helpful. The room was clean had good facilities and had a very comfortable bed. We had breakfast here. The food was reasonably good. However there was one problem. We had reserved a table. We collect coffee, orange juice and toast. We left them on thecrablecwhilecwe collected hot food from the buffet breakfast. We returned to the tablecloth find the waitress had cleared it. It should have been obvious that as items were still warm and untouched that we hadn't finished. This was wasteful as coffee anfctosstvwerevthrown away. It was very inconvenient as I then had to recollect coffee and toast. I had to queue for these so by the time I sat down to breakfast it was more orcless cold. Ridiculous that someone had to remain at the table so itcdiesn't get cleared.
