Great stay at this lovely located Premier inn. Very welcoming staff especially Katie. She was amazing and loved a chat with us. Always asked us if we needed anything which was lovely of her to ask. Overall the stay was brilliant. Cleaned room and lovely comfortable bed. 3 nights of great sleep. The location is good with a short drive to most amenities. Pirnhall is all but 30 seconds walk away if you are we eating or wanting a drink. We will come to see you all again soon.

Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed. Chairs not very comfortable for watching TV. Water not very hot and fairly slow. Lot of noise from road when window open. Brewers Fayre very good and friendly and good value. Avoid the garlic mushrooms, odd flavour and squirt out red hot liquid. Plates not always warm despite being kept in a plate warmer.

The rooms look like they have recently been updated as our room and bathroom were clean and modern. The night was mostly quiet, except we could hear someone walking around a lot upstairs. The staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant had great vegan options for breakfast and dinner.

Friendly helpful staff, clean and very comfortable room, peaceful and quiet . Food excellent with lovely staff who were exceptionally helpful. Restaurant has a warm and friendly atmosphere. Have stayed here often and it’s always excellent.

Traumhaftes "Premier Plus" Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung. Komfortables Bett. Frühstück muß man dazubuchen, ist aber bei "Premier Inn"so üblich. Toller Aufenthalt. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Kostenloses Parken. Tolle Basis für Ausflüge.

We stayed in Premier Plus room & the rainfall shower was amazing. The added bonus of a fridge and coffee machine was well worth the additional cost which was only approx £13 more than a standard room. Staff very friendly & efficient & would go out of their way to help. Bed very comfortable & had a great night's sleep. Definitely recommend the breakfast as you couldn't ask for more choice. The evening meal was also lovely. Overall we will definitely stay again & will always choose Premier Inn

The room was lovely and clean, warm and comfortable. Lorna on reception was golden, very friendly, very helpful just who you needed to see after a long journey - thank you Lorna. Will 100% use this hotel again. Responsibly price and free parking.

Fantastic stay at the Premier Inn, Bannockburn for the Elvis tribute at the King Robert. Amanda at reception was so nice and friendly. The room was superb, clean and comfortable. The breakfast at the Brewers Fayre next door was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at the Premier Inn, Bannockburn.

Stayed in one of the new Premier Plus rooms. Very comfortable and worth paying a little bit more for the extra amenities. Staff in the hotel and restaurant are always friendly and obliging. Stay here often and always made to feel welcome. Couldn’t ask for more.
