What an incredible experience - we spent 3 days and two nights there. We loved every minute, the staff, the location and experience were phenomenal.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, they really do try their best make everything effortless. The restaurant is top class with excellent food and service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a flawless stay.

We had asked for the hot tub to be ready upon arrival. It was cold and only ready after 4 hours, which was disappointing as it meant for the majority of the use it was cold. Additionally, the hand cream in the bathroom was finished and I had unfortunately not packed my own thinking I was heading to a high end hotel. I kept receiving prompts for me to upgrade my room, yet the Sky Room was specifically chosen, it became quite pushy. I sent my requests as per the email/ WhatsApp I received asking for details of our stay, yet then received a phonecall asking me the same questions, which was just a waste of time. During this phonecall, I was also informed that my 'Half Board' had terms and conditions regarding breakfast, like you can have only 2 hot drinks and 1 meal selection. We were put right on top of other guests so had no privacy, which is sad considering the rest of the rooms were not utilised and the units both looked onto each other with the screening on the wrong side! Unfortunately, all these small oversights are not what you expect from a 4 star establishment and as a result I will look to stay elsewhere in future. The restaurant service, other than dinner, was slow and the staff disinterested, with the same screeching song playing on repeat. The rooms had cheap instant coffee. Overall, I still rated it a 4 because of the view but I was being generous.

Wonderful staff, luxurious rooms, excellent food and a great place to visit. it was my second visit and i got to experience the sky room this time around. balcony has a jacuzzi that can be heated in the evenings for that added luxury effect, surrounded by the Bush. The game drive is a MUST. the Spa has a wide choice of treatments. would recommend a back massage and a facial. Best Place to visit!!

Our stay was amazing. The staff members were polite and friendly. The food exceeded my expectations. The views were breathtaking. I would definitely recommend this place.
