Americas Best Value Inn Crosstimbers

I hotel is in poor shape, the door safety latch had half of it missing, the door to the room was bent, the swimming pool was not open nor did it appear it would be anytime soon as if had algae growing in it. The website said free breakfast, there was none. The hotel overall looks rundown

Friendly staff, clean and Nextdoor to excellent restaurant. Phone in room not physically connected to service. Reasonable rates. Would stay again.

The room was nothing like the pictures or descriptions. There was no breakfast offered like it said. There were burn holes in the sheets. It smelled of cigarettes. We will never stay there again.

Very old Hotel. Told I did not have a reservation and had to show my confirmation number and name. Late getting in room. Floors not clean. Handicapped shower was moldy. No air on in the room and was 85 degrees in the room.

I didn’t stay cause this place was unsafe had broken down vehicles and people drinking and smoking all over and just down right nasty

Absolutely filthy and run down! It was Memorial Day weekend so there wasn’t much to choose from, but I’d probably slept better if I had slept in my vehicle. Maids didn’t speak English so there was no communicating to tell them what we needed. Furniture was beaten up, stains on chairs, carpet completely ripped up in front of the door, and very filthy. I wouldn’t take my shoes off in the room! If businesses would clean these rooms like they cared about Covid, it sure would have been nice. Save your money, just sleep in your car!
