Hotel City Plaza, Old Stancia Kazbegi

Lovely little hotel, easily accessible right in center of town. Friendly staff, nice rooms, excellent views from rooms and terrace. Only issue was small shower. Breakfast was also nice. Rooms clean. Restaurant had good food and was served promptly.

Заказали чашушули из телятины с вином Саперави, нам принесли Ташмиджаби с жесткой говядиной. Когда мы сказали официантке что Чашушули выглядит иначе она сослалась на языковой барьер и то что у них это блюдо так выглядит, но это 2 совершенно разных блюда. На просьбу не включать в счет это безобразие - нам было отказано. Аджарский хачапури был свежий, но сильно вонял дрожжами, карбонара утопала в Майонезе. Чай нормальный. Итого мы имеем: дурной персонал, который обманывает, невкусная еда, плохой сервис, высокий ценник для перечисленных составляющих. Единственное что в этом заведении хорошо - интерьер и вид на Казбек.

I have visited Stancia restaurant on 15th of August. Me and my friend ordered an iced coffee and bottle of water. Firstly, it took them to make simple iced coffee about 40 minutes and eventually, brought the order without the bottle of water. When paying, their arrogant and inexperienced waiter (He didn't give me the name when I asked and responded "my name is waiter with mean bitchy face) charged for the undelivered bottle of water, when I told him that the water was not delivered he offered me to take it with me, such a stupidity, why do I need bottle of water as take away for 4 gel when I can buy it for 1 gel in the supermarket??? I needed it at the table. I demanded the cancellation of payment and to charge me for two iced coffees only, which ****** with taste by the way. The very same mean waiter responded me with bitchy face once again that he won't cancel the payment. I asked for the manager and he told his colleague "call the manager, which we don't have" Their so called manager came and it took her 15 minutes to cancel the damn payment and charge me with the correct amount. Horrible place, horrible service.
