Downtown Nice Apartment with Parking

This 1 bedroom apartment is 2.0 miles from Beaver Stadium, 0.7 mi from Old Main and 0.3 mi from the intersection of College Ave and Atherton St. Space includes a full kitchen and a bathroom with shower. No shared areas, private space. Parking provided at your door. Kitchen is NOT equipped for cooking, only food prep and dishes. 2 night minimum on Game Weekends There is 1 bed only. I do provide 2 twin air mattresses. The space *allows* 5 people, but it is not designed for more than a single couple. If you wish to maximize the value by bringing more than 2 people, informal sleeping arrangements should be expected. The couch does not pull out, however if guests use a sheet, they may sleep a person on the couch.
