"Location and the modern design while keeping the charm of Singapore history in the interior was one of the most striking aspects of the this hotel. You walk into the hotel with a lively fragrant tea scent, a detail I appreciate. The staff is friendly, however I would like to point out that it would be a tad bit better if the reception is aware of the pre-authorization policies on trip.com which led to confusion from both sides on wether I already paid the pre authorization/stay on trip.com for them to not see any transaction on their system. Other than that, I liked my stay at the Clan hotel, especially the view is beautiful as there is no big buildings surrounding it, and the pool is also nice. The only detail I would recommend to look into is that some of the shower towels have frays. Easily repairable or replaceable. Thank you."

"This is a hotel that makes you remember and want to return to.
Really enjoyed our 3 night stay at The Fullerton Hotel. Was there for Christmas and the decorations and atmosphere were beautiful. The heritage building was also a delight to wander around in.
The front desk team was friendly, professional and efficient.
The breakfast spread was varied and of high quality and the breakfast team were so warm and friendly it made every morning a delight.
The rooms were very well appointed with a very spacious bathroom. The beds and bedding were comfortable.
Location is also perfect for Singapore being on the doorstep of the Merlion and a short walk to MBS. Grab was easy to get to other attractions like Chinatown and Little India.
Looking forward to coming back to this hotel next time we are in Singapore. Thank you for the warm hospitality."

"Varasin tällaisen huoneen. Sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä henkilökunta kertoi minulle, että huone on 4. kerroksessa, ja sanoi, että siellä oli kaksi vesipulloa, mutta vain ensimmäistä kertaa. Kun tuli myöhään yöllä ja palasin matkalta ja menin huoneeseen, voi ei, vettä ei ollut. Soitin vastaanottoon, ja he ilmoittivat minulle, että huoneenne on 4. kerroksessa. "The hotel room is very functional spacious and located in the bed location in the heart of Chinatown. Surrounded by Cafe and restaurant, food center and walking distance to the MRT both green line in downtown line. The hotel has a proper car park and also the parkway by the lobby so it's very convenient to pick up and drop off. The room has a small pantry with a microwave, a fridge and kitchenl cabinets. It also provides some kitchen utensils, nespresso machine mugs and glasses. The bed is comfortable and the AC is good, no allergy for me. The staff are nice The swimming pool is at the rooftop, quiet and clean."

"Room, cleanliness, everything is perfect EXCEPT the staff in the Royal Club Lounge. They follow you around as if you might steal something. Not just one, but THREE. All I wanted was a canned coke from the fridge but the way they just stare at you was so uncomfortable, I left right away.
I got an upgrade to a higher end room so I had lounge access but the moment I walked in, its as if I walked in to an interrogation room. It was ridiculous. For that, low stars on service and amenities because of what happened during my stay. Might consider not coming back here again."

The staff were outstanding — consistently polite, incredibly helpful, and genuinely warm in every interaction, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The hotel itself is exceptional. The festive season decorations were beautifully done and perfectly suited my style: classic, refined Christmas décor that felt elegant and timeless rather than overdone.
Our room exceeded our expectations in every way — spacious, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail.
The breakfast was simply remarkable — the quality, variety, freshness, and presentation were beyond words and made each morning a delight.
A special mention to Tamil, unfortunately the only staff member whose name I recall, but truly outstanding. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a real difference to our stay.

From reaching the hotel till departure, the staff team worked seamlessly in making sure that positive experience and memories is created for my family. My 1 year old son, who is an October baby - his first staycation, was given a small complimentary cake by Daniel and his colleagues during check-in. Vanessa and Nik were a few warm and friendly staff who checked-in with us when we met them at the reception area. There were a few others memorable details such as preparing surprises within our room by the hotel staff. I can see that there is a tight communication and strong teamwork to ensure great hospitality. Definitely will consider Conrad Singapore Marine Bay for another staycation soon.

VVieraskäyttäjäI had a staycation at the Swissotel on a weekday night. Since it was quite late, check-in was smooth and fast.
I was given a city view premier (Standard) room on the 24th floor. The room was of an odd shape with a long corridor which reduced noise levels. Since the hotel is almost 40 years old now, the rooms are quite spacious, and I enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the large couch and had a great sleep on the wide king bed.
However, I did notice some very short strands of hair on the pillow even before I laid down, which makes me wonder if the pillowcase had been washed in between guests.
During the daytime, the warm sunlight lit up the surrounding colonial buildings well (CHIJMES, Raffles Hotel etc) and it made for great pictures that I managed to shoot from the balcony of the room.
Having stayed at the sister property-- Fairmont Hotel before, I was a little disappointed that the toiletries were of a seemingly ordinary brand, as opposed to LeLabo used at Fairmont which is usually similarly priced but more luxurious.
I feel that the minibar area can be upgraded, since currently it looks dark and rather out of place as compared to the rest of the well decorated room. Nespresso and TWG Tea were available, while oddly enough the minibar was empty. At the Fairmont for comparison, there is an overengineered but fully stocked minibar with sensors that will detect the drink leaving the fridge and exorbitant charges will be applied.
The room also felt slightly older - Some nicks on the wall, frames etc, as I learned that Swissotel was last renovated in 2019 while Fairmont was renovated slightly later. The USB-A ports also gave away the room's age. There seemed to be rather few charging plugs available for such a large room.
Location of the hotel is superb, with convenient transport downstairs via the MRT and it is easy to get a Grabcar. It is also connected to the shopper's paradise, Raffles City Shopping Mall.
Singapore faces an acute manpower shortage in the hotel and hospitality industry, but I never once felt service was an issue here. The reception and concierge were amply staffed, staff were friendly and could be seen proactively helping guests with their luggage. I also did not have to wait to check in/out.
There is a large gym on the property, raved about by other reviews, but I did not visit it since it is on the Fairmont side of the hotel [quite a walk away] and I got lost trying to find it.
Lastly, I could not resist visiting the Skai Restaurant which Swissotel is most known for since it is among the tallest restaurants in Singapore -- taller than Marina Bay Sands. It is located on the 70th floor of the hotel and I had a 3-course lunch there. Service was great as to be expected, but prices are steep - if you don't have the 30% Accor Plus discount. While the food was alright, the view was simply superb since it is unblocked on all sides. I would recommend visiting just for the view, but I heard that there could be a minimum order of 1 main course needed to enter.
Overall, nitpicking aside, the Swissotel is one of the better 5 star hotels in Singapore and a great choice for business travellers. Asides from the not so clean pillow I could not find any other major faults. However, since Fairmont and Swissotel are both usually similarly priced at $400+, and having stayed at both before, I would recommend the Fairmont over the Swissotel since it offers a slightly more luxurious experience for not that much more.

VVieraskäyttäjäPerheemme kirjautui sisään hotellin tiskillä noin klo 15.00 31. tammikuuta 2026. Huonetta ei ollut vielä siivottu, ja meitä käskettiin odottamaan. Saimme huoneen avaimemme lopulta noin klo 16.20, ja matkatavaramme tuotiin huoneeseemme vasta noin klo 17.30. Hotellissa näyttää olevan erittäin kiireinen; pikkolo sanoi, että he olivat täynnä, mutta palveluhenkilökuntaa ja toimintaa on vielä parannettava.
Hotellissa on tällä hetkellä lauantai-iltaisin tarjous: sunnuntaiaamiainen eläinten kanssa on upea kokemus, ja lapset rakastivat sitä. Maanantaiaamiainen tarjoillaan hotellissa, ja tarjolla on yllättävän laaja valikoima ruokia. Hotellin uima-allas on myös erittäin suositeltava; se sijaitsee 5. kerroksessa, mutta infinity-allas on yhteydessä metsään ja järveen, tarjoten ainutlaatuisen allasnäkymän!
Pidän todella paljon hotellin suunnittelukonseptista ja tyylistä, ja ympäristönsuojelu on erinomaista! Hotellin yleiset tilat ovat modernit. Eläintarhaan on noin 10 minuutin kävelymatka, ja hotellin ja eläintarhan välissä on ruokatori, jossa on 7-Eleven-, japanilaisia ja kiinalaisia ravintoloita. Yösafari on myös suosittelun arvoinen; ehkä se johtuu siitä, että on viikonloppuloma? Kello oli jo 20.00, ja eläintarhassa oli niin paljon ihmisiä – enemmän kuin itse eläimiä! Jouduin odottamaan jonossa lähes 50 minuuttia päästäkseni yökiertoajelubussiin, mikä yllätti minut.

Housekeeping returned another round to clean room when only managed to partially clean up the room during day time as guests were still occupying the room till late afternoon.
Good variety/ spread of international breakfast buffet. Food quality was good. Service staff were quite prompt to clear unwanted utensils from tables. Thank you.

En ole varma miksi, mutta huoneen ilmastointi nousi 20 asteesta 23 asteeseen keskellä yötä ja huone oli hieman lämmin. Aamiainen oli enemmän länsimainen ja muutama aasialainen vaihtoehto.

My experience at Latitude was equally enjoyable—the food and ambience were complemented by a stunning view of the yachts docked just alongside, creating a uniquely relaxing atmosphere.
A special compliment also goes to the housekeeping team, in particular, Ms Kalai, for her honesty and attentiveness. I had accidentally left my laptop charger in the room after checking out, and she ensured it was safely kept until I returned to collect it. That level of care and professionalism is truly commendable.
Overall, the service and hospitality at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay by the marina.

Bed was comfortable but pillow was too soft despite stacking 2 together- woke up with a neck ache
Bathroom - the bath tub tap isn’t moveable hence took a while to clean off the bubbles / soap frm pervious use.
Breakfast spread was decent with some gluten free selection available. Noted they served pork on the buffet .
Breakfast restaurant was crowded ( went around 9.30am) lots of Chinese’s family.
The directory was not updated by the walk way- was looking for the chocolateria but after asking we were told that the board was not updated
