The cottage offers two upstairs bedrooms—one with a queen bed and AC unit, and another with a full-size bed, a futon for extra sleeping space, and AC unit. Downstairs is an open concept living area with spacious connected dining and living room and AC. Meant for gathering and hanging out, kick back with your streaming TV access, gather around the coffee table for board game night or challenge a friend on the retro-style two-player arcade machine (Living Room does Not have a working fireplace).Note: TV is set up to allow you to log into your personal streaming service and automatically log you out upon check out. (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc).Off the living room you’ll find the full bath with shower, and laundry access for your convenience with some complimentary laundry pods.On the other side of the main floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with coffee station that provides pour over coffee and automatic 12 cup drip coffee machine with single serve brewer option (reusable k-cup). Two bedrooms each contain a king bed and a 32" Roku TV. The kids’ bunk room is ready for a fun sleepover with two sets of bunk beds. Enjoy the bright kitchen with 12’ ceilings, a large island and all you need to make great meals. The adults can watch TV in the living room while the kids head to the bonus room above the garage and relax on the huge and comfy couch with a 58" Roku TV, DVDs and a DVD player. The large dining room seats 8 and there is also a highchair. Enjoy cooking with the gas stove, stocked spice drawer, stand mixer, food processor, cookie press, Keurig, popcorn maker and slushie maker. During the warmer seasons book a sunset dinner, or catch a ride on the mailboat as it delivers mail to hundreds of islands that rest lazily on the lake. You can choose to rent a boat and explore the scenic, mountain lined Winnie on your own. This amazing crystal-clear spring fed lake offers swimming, fishing, kayaking, etc. We have two mountain bikes, two kayaks, some floats, an inflatable paddle board, beach chairs, towels, soft cooler. We have lawn bocce, badminton set and croquet. These items are in the basement and children should not go in the basement without an adult as there are tools and other potential dangers.
