"My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment."

"The checking in and checking out process was smooth! We loved everything from the room to the waterpark. The housekeeping staff was on top of everything and made sure our room was spotless each day. Room service arrived early every time less than 20 minutes. The resort was spotless and valet is quick and easy."

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, the location was perfect for exploring the city, and the restaurant downstairs served delicious food. Highly recommend!"

"Nice hotel, ‘use other door’ sign was a bit misleading as there was no other entrance when we arrived in torrential downpour, soaked through. Great location amid restaurants, bars etc"

"Very good location as downtown is concerned, very clean and stuff is very friendly . The only small issue is the pool was with music the whole night, not too loud but that was clearly heard from the room.."

"Extremely friendly service. Clean rooms. I was nervous about staying near a busy area, but it was pretty quiet. Super convenient to walk to and from rangers games. Pool was nice, and had a park area nearby to take my dog to potty. Hotel provided my dog a bag with bowls, tag, treats, and poop bags. Would love to stay here again!"

"Check in and check out was very quick and smooth. The staff were very kind and friendly. Check in staff even offered me water and the check out staff was very helpful about the shuttle busses to airport. The room was very spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. I had a good night's sleep and it was a perfectly comfortable stay before my long trip back to Japan. I wish I had more time to explore their restaurants and facilities."
