The semi-open floor plan allows for everyone to spend time together in common areas while having the option to retreat to more privacy in one of the cozy bedrooms. But, you really visit to spend time outdoors, so grill on the expansive deck just off the kitchen (propane responsibility of the guest) with a cold/warm drink, pull up a chair at the outdoor dining table, on the dock or by the fire pit next to the lake to relax and enjoy your time here!Have a boat? Dock it with us! But, we don’t have a boat ramp on the property and aren’t able to offer access to the lifts/power on the dock.For families with small children: We know traveling with little ones requires a lot of stuff! We hope to help take a little of that burden off you by keeping a few supplies around the cottage. We have a baby gate for the stairs (though there is also a door at the top of the stairs), toys, books, games, infant play mat, changing pad and a few feeding basics like children’s table settings.
