The house has 10 foot ceilings, 8 foot sliding doors across the entire south side facing the Gulf on both floors and the north side has the same, giving every room incredible views and direct access to the very large covered decks. The infinity pool is amazing, overlooking the dock and Ole River access. Truly a one of a kind property - there isn’t anything else like it along the entire gulf coast! Please note the elevator is all digital, meaning when you press the button, the elevator will come down and when it’s there, the button will light up - you have to press it again and open the door yourself. Once in, close the door, then close the cage, then select the floor you’re going to. If you attempt to open the gate or the door before the elevator has stopped, the elevator will not work without resetting it. This sometimes takes a technician to come out, which I can’t control timing of. As long as you follow these directions, you shouldn’t have any issues at all.
