The location is on 29th Avenue which if you are familiar with Sylvan beach most of the Restaurant and Entertainment is centrally located around Main Street, 13th - 15th Ave. It's a short drive and or walk into town but the beautiful part is that you are nestled away from the busy section and can fully take in the amazing sunsets while relaxing at the quiet end of the Beach.The cottage is truly single floor living with a very large yard space. The Sunroom features a pull out sofa for two, which offers a sliding glass door for fantastic view and a cool breeze off the lake for a perfect nights sleep, while listening to the waves roll in. Off of the kitchen is one 1/2 bath and the Master bedroom which has a queen bed w/ ensuite bathroom. There is a small upstairs space which has a twin bed at the top of the stairs as well as a trundle bed to the far front of the house.
