Sea Spray Cottages were built in 1950. There are 5 cottage in total, each cottage is similar to the others, but unique in its own way. My wife and I have been operating the SEA SPRAY COTTAGES OBX for vacation rentals since 2009. We run a mom & pop operation, an experience from a day gone-by but thoroughly enjoyed by our guests.Cottage #4 is very unique to the outer banks; it is a one-bedroom cottage. It is perfect for couples who want to spend time at the beach in a well-appointed space without distraction from others. The cottage has a large great room with living, dining, kitchen, and desk space. The bedroom has a queen-size bed (linens and towels NOT provided) and tiled bath with tub/shower combination. Cottage #4 has a wrap-around porch that has a seating area to enjoy your favorite beverages at and a private outdoor dining area. There also is a patio in the rose garden for sunning on days that the beach may be a little too cool. Check in is at 4 and check out is at 10.Dogs are welcome, we try to keep it to 2 (the cottages are primarily for folks). $125 for the first two and $100 each after that. Also unique to the Outer Banks, Cottage #4 is available for nightly stays even during the summer. In the summer we do have a 3-night minimum. The location of Sea Spray Cottages OBX is ideal.
