The first floor has a newly updated and fully equipped granite/stainless steel kitchen which open to a dining & family room area with a queen-size pull out sofa bed, flat screen tv & stereo system. Along with a half bath and laundry room, there is a separate formal sitting room. Please note that there is not a bedroom or full bath on the main level. All bedrooms and full bathrooms require a set of stairs to access.Porches adorn the front with rocking chairs, and back porch with table and chairs and propane gas grill for barbecuing, and an outdoor gazebo patio area with seating for Al Fresco dining and fire pit!The 2nd floor consists of a primary bedroom with full bath, plush king size bed and flat screen tv.
