This cozy, 3 bedroom bungalow cottage is nestled on a peninsula located in the heart of Matlacha Florida. With the convenience of direct access or back mangrove waterways you’ll find adventurous use for Kayaks, Canoes, Jet Ski’s and Boating making it easy getting to Sanibel, Captiva, and Ussepa Island in less than 20 minutes by boat with direct access. Matlacha is infamous for being the best fishing in Sw Florida. You can fish right from the privacy of your dock or hire a private charter to pick you up right your backyard. Either way a catch is almost always guaranteed. The cottage comes equipped with an outdoor grill so you can sauté and grill those fresh catches. This cottage was completely remodeled, and can accommodate up to 8 guests with all accommodation living amenities thought of. This cottage boats a master suite with Private en suite master bath, a guest bedroom with bunkbeds for 3, a third guest bedroom with twin bed, and a Sofa Couch with queen size pull out sofa mattress. All bedrooms and Living room come equipped with streaming ONLY 4k UHD TV’s with high speed 1000 Mbs wireless Internet included for your stay. All TVs are equipped with preloaded streaming apps so you won’t miss any of your favorite movies or shows while away. (*NO LIVE CABLE TV) Just sign in and relax. The convenience of a spa/pool is only 5 ft from your master suite for those warm summer days/night and 2 on-site Kayaks for those waterway adventures to see that famous Sw Florida sea life up close. The cottage comes equipped with a 10k lbs boatlift (Boat lift is available for rental for $200 per stay) should you choose to bring or rent a boat for those fishing days or evening boat cruises (boat not included) you’ll find every convenience and accommodation is made available for you, your friends, and family. If you don’t choose to use the boat lift, you can moore to the pilings for no charge. With island restaurants and shops within five minutes walking distance there’s always something new to look forward to. Spend your days or evenings relaxing in our fully screened lanai which features ample seating , smart tv, an outdoor shower and bathroom as well as a flattop grill to enjoy the day’s catch. 2 single and 1 double kayak are yours to explore with and room to tie off a smaller boat. The evenings on the water are magical and we are just a few hundred feet to open water. Fantastic local restaurants are within walking distance as well as a fresh fish market and many gift shops. This colorful and quirky island puts off a vibe like no other in the area, it’s a wonderful experience! Keep it to yourself and let your guest in on it when the time is right. Don’t put your dog in the kennel. Small dog ok for addl fee. Let me know at time of booking. Each bedroom features a new cozy queen bed and bamboo sheets. Master bedroom faces the water side. You cannot be any closer to the water unless you were sleeping on the dock. This fun home has a boat dock, bbq grill, therapy lights, white noise sound machines, video arcade game, wifi, usb outlets, a washer/dryer, ac, tv's board games and more. Your family will have FUN and not want to leave. The full 3 bathrooms are stocked with essentials like a hair dryer, shampoo's, soaps, towels, and detergents. Coffee & Tea is provided at the coffee/wine bar. This home is on a quiet street. Home sleeps up to 7 people. The 7th person would have an air mattress or couch. Please message if you need a 2nd home we have another beautiful one right next door. . Boat launch is 1/2 mile away and you can take your boat around to the back of the house and tie it to the dock. Fishing is great in Matlacha. Take your boat or a ferry ride to Cabbage Key for the world famous cheeseburger in paradise. Some of the restaurants on the island are Micelllis, CWFudge and ice cream, The Perfect Cup, Yucatán, Blue Dog, Kickstands, and Pho Grill just reopened. Grocery store is 1.5 miles away. Public salt water pool 10 minutes away by car. Historic Fort Myers 25 min away by car. P.S.
