You can easily rent and keep the boat at the house or bring your own and only have to launch in and out once! Outdoors, the house sits on almost an acre of land with plenty of room for outdoor games, enjoying the fire pit or sitting on the large deck. There is room for you to enjoy sitting on the dock and watching the sunset! For outdoor enthusiasts, you can take the paddle boat or the Kayaks! In the summer, you can hike or bike the Seven Bridges Nature Area or head to Shanty Creek Resort for snow sports in the winter! Inside the house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms. Lower-level room includes 1 queen bed with a half bath next to it for guests to enjoy. Upper level includes primary room with 1 king bed and an attached bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate stand-up shower. Upper level also has a second room with a queen bed and a third room has full bunk beds. (There is a trundle bed for use, it's just hard to pull out).
