While there's a peek of Keuka Lake through the trees, the real charm here is the peaceful setting-perfect for sipping coffee on the porch, unwinding after a day of exploring, or just soaking in the fresh country air.We bought this home in fall 2024 and fully renovated the interior to create a comfortable and inviting space for guests. While the inside is completely updated, we're continuing to make improvements to the outdoor spaces. Our driveway is shared with the friendly business next door, but once you arrive, you'll feel tucked away in your own private retreat. The main entrance is accessible via a ramp. The home includes 3 bedrooms—two on the main floor and one in the basement—and 2 bathrooms, both located on the main floor. The basement features a lounge area with a TV and ping-pong table, accessible from inside or via an exterior entrance.*Early check-in may be allowed. No fee will be applied for the first hour before check-in. $25/hr in additional fees will be applied after the first hour. *Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, cooking essentials), central air conditioning, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and TVs on both floors. Outdoors, guests have access to a full deck with seating and a grill. *Parking is provided for up to 4 vehicles.
