Upstairs you will find an open floor plan where the south facing windows display a gorgeous view of Kachemak Bay and the Kenai Mountains. Step out on the back porch to BBQ or sit at the patio table and soak in the view. The living room is perfectly situated between the kitchen and back porch. A half bathroom is available on this level as well. The final point of interest is the backyard where you will find a cozy hot tub patio, porch swing, and fire pit.Guest access:Guests have access to the entire house/property, minus one locked supply closet.Other things to note:Rates are calculated for five guests. There is a surcharge for each additional guest to help facilitate additional cleaning, laundry, and maintenance.
