Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is a half hour away and is the wildflower capital of Colorado. The Webster Building was one of the first permanent structures in downtown Gunnison. Originally, the building had a retail shop on the first floor while the proprietor lived on the second floor. The alley camera actively records the parking space behind the building for the business on the first floor, but it does not record above the first story onto the upper deck or stairwells where you will be staying.There are three flights of stairs to get to the loft, which can make access harder for some people.There is free parking on the street, but it is 2 hour parking on Main Street from 8:00am to 5:00pm (apart from Sundays).
