There are additional beds, cribs, blankets as well as TVs in each room, plenty of board and outdoor games, water and snow sport gear, a spacious deck with grill and firepit. We have an EV charger and also battery backup for select devices.As guests you will have access to PML's renowned recreational facilities including a private lake and golf course. Nearby restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, etc. are 5 minutes away and the nearest DC EV charger is about a mile away. Yosemite's West entrance is half hour drive.Guest accessGuest can freely access all the main parts of the house, the deck, and the yard including the fridge, pantry, and storage cabinets. Whether you sit by the fire inside or out, this space is made for making memories and taking time for the more important things in life! Instantly fall in love with the magazine worthy design of the inviting space! Get in the Hot tub and lay in one of two loungers while watching a clear view of the amazing stars. While this is a destination of its own, Yosemite is a 30 minute drive to the main gate. Or you can drive 5 minutes to Pine Mountain Lake and enjoy a day at the beach!We only use natural cleaners and sanitizers in our Cabin. No harmful chemical residues left behind. We use food grade hydrogen peroxide as a sanitizer in the hot tub along with baking soda and vinegar for balancing PH. Essential oils are also left here for an aromatherapy hot tub experience! The hot tub is heated on demand and returns to cool temperatures when turned off. In the hot summer months it can be used as a cool dip if desired. It takes about 25 minutes to heat for a traditional hot tub experience. Our cabin is located in a community called Pine Mountain Lake. We are located outside the security gates which enables you to avoid the additional charge to get in. Also you will bypass a long line on the weekends. There are 3 beaches at our lake and a snack shop, kids playground and watercraft rentals. Plenty to do! There is a $42.00 Pine Mountain Lake fee for guests to use the lake per week. There is also a golf course, tennis courts and equestrian center. Please see the Pine Mountain Lake website for details. Brandon and Sayona Hoffman are the owners of the cabin. We like to greet our guests and are available for any questions about the area or Yosemite.The u shaped design of the house gives the master bedroom and courtyard nice privacy. The living room opens to the courtyard which is great for socializing. Many windows provide the light happy feel. Rustic furniture gives the coziness. There is a queen sized bed in the master, a king in the 2nd bedroom and a queen in bedroom 1. Guests have access to the entire house and yard except the garage which is locked up. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Please note the following:1) If there are more than 4 guests, there is an additional $15 per guest per night fee. Children are guests too:)2) Due to severe allergies, no animals are allowed on the property. 3) We do have security cameras. For the privacy of our guests, however, there are no security cameras in the patio area. 4) Our place is equipped with a 50 amp plug for EV charging. Due to the cost of electricity in our area, there is an additional $15/ night PER ELECTRIC VEHICLE fee to use the charge plug. PG&E currently charges $.43-.45/ kWh for our area. The Tesla Supercharger is currently at those rates as well. Located in a quiet inlet away from all the crowds, you'll have direct access to a private dock on the lake with kayaks, inner tubes, nearby hiking trails, swimming, tennis, golf, fishing, and day trips to Yosemite.The spaceWalking through the front door, you'll enter the relaxing open concept great room with sweeping views of the gulch below. The recently remodeled, fully-stocked kitchen has high-end appliances, stainless steel pots/pans, and everything you need to cook your favorite meals! Relax on the plush sofa in front of the 65" flat screen TV with Apple TV and Chromecast, or choose one of the various board games and puzzles to play as a group. The large solid wood dining table can comfortably seat up to 12 people and the French doors lead to an outdoor patio dining set, lounge chairs, and propane grill on the upper deck.Turning left and going down the hall, you'll come to the bright formal living room. Secluded from the rest of the house, enjoy the comfortable couches and the regulation sized foosball table. Completing the main floor is a powder bathroom and a huge master bedroom with comfortable king-size bed, sitting area, crib, and spacious en-suite bathroom with separate soaking tub and dual shower head walk-in shower.Downstairs is a common space, one full bathroom, and 3 large bedrooms. One larger bedroom has a king-sized bed and an additional twin bed. This bedroom also has a 39 inch Amazon Fire TV. The second and third downstairs bedrooms each have a king-sized bed and workstations with a standalone VGA monitor (you may need to bring your own adaptors if needed) for you to connect your laptop (in case you need to do some work while on vacation). All bedrooms have a closet / armoire. The common space has a ping pong table, two full-size futons that can sleep additional guests, and a 55 inch Roku TV and Chromecast for the group to enjoy. By confirming your reservation, you agree to hold the owners and all who provide services to this home, to be held harmless in the event of an incident. Depending on your group's preferences, you may want to consider driving down a private gated roadway and park directly at the dock/deck to set up "camp" at the dock / lake.There is a motion-activated video security spotlight monitoring the front porch.We cannot accommodate parties nor pets.We hope you enjoy your stay and have a marvelous time with your family and friends! The security gate will collect the fee for the Association when you first enter Pine Mountain Lake.Cell phone reception may be spotty in the area, but the house does include high-speed internet. Please be sure to plan accordingly in case you find yourself in a dead zone.As we continue to improve our home, the bedding / throws, cushions and pillows, wall artwork, and home furnishings may be slightly different than what's shown in the pictures. Furniture and accessories may also get moved around in between guest stays. Also located within walking distance of historical downtown Groveland, California, with shopping & restaurants and minutes away from Don Pedro Lake.This home is located on 2.5 acres of beautiful land. Although the inside of the home is stunning, you might just want to grab a sleeping bag and lay on the deck to take in the breathtakingly clear night skies and view the magic of the starry nights in the Sierras. In the morning, wake up to a cup of coffee and enjoy it on the wrap around deck while again, taking in the beauty of this area. This home has beautiful furnishings and is very comfortable with a peaceful office space and two bedrooms. You can cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie or use the kitchen to cook up some delicious meals. FREE Wifi is available. Grocery Store, Library, Coffee Shops, all located on Main Street, walking distance (.5 miles or less.)
