Park the car and walk everywhere on Folly Beach. Small unit (250 sq feet) just blocks to the beach. Its not the most modern, its a bit old, and small. Modest and quaint comes to mind. If new beach mansion is what you expect this may not be the place for you. However, what this place has to offer is location. Its best for solo travelers or couples looking to explore Charleston and hang out on Folly beach. You can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and walk to 10+ beach restaurants in less than 3. As close as it is to the beach, shopping, restaurants; the street is very quiet; at night you'll only be able to hear the waves or someone singing/playing guitar in the distance. You have a full size bed to cuddle close and nap after a great beach day. Watch TV on the flat screen, or prep some snacks in the kitchenette. Your bistro table is more like a corner spot at a cozy Manhattan mini bar, and you can shower in luxury in the brand new tile bath with a modern sleek glass shower that feels more like The Ritz Carlton in Fiji than TheRathershacks on Folly. The main room measures 10ft x12ft- not including the 3ft x 5ft kitchenette, 5ft x 6ft bath, and 2ft x 4ft closet. Outside the front door you have your own dedicated covered patio so you can max relax, all under the watchful eyes of a mermaid and her dolphin friends.
