Our home is designed for comfort and room to spread out.The spaceUpon arrival to Tucked in the Woods you will be welcomed by a rocking chair front porch where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, reading a book on the porch swing or just taking in the beauty of the natural surroundings. It is not uncommon to see a family of deer grazing as they are plentiful in Redbud.The first floor is an open concept including the kitchen, dining area and family room. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level, one with a king size bed and full bathroom and the other with a queen size bed and another full bath across the hall. The lower level is a walkout basement. This large area consists of a sectional with a queen sleeper, a checker table, bar area, laundry room and another king size bedroom with full bath. The lower level has a very spacious patio with firepit. There is additional outdoor space(decks) off the main floor kitchen and main floor master bedroom.Guest accessYou will need a car to get around.Other things to noteProbably what we love the most about our house is it’s privacy yet access to so much. We are 7 miles from downtown Pittsboro with its burgeoning art scene and quality shops and restaurants, 15 minutes to Chapel Hill and UNC, 30 minutes from Raleigh, Durham and RDU and 2 miles from Jordan Lake State Park which offers hiking trails, boating, boat rentals or chartered tours and beaches.
