During the winter it is the perfect location for skiing and snowboarding, while the other seasons offer an ideal getaway for hiking, mountain biking, and sightseeing. When you step inside, the open concept upper floor features expansive glass doors and windows offering long range panoramic mountain views. The fully furnished kitchen and cooking area with bar space extends into the living room where the magnificent stone gas fireplace provides a cozy environment after a long day of skiing or outdoor activities. Step outside to the 2 level outdoor deck and utilize the gas grill to prepare a meal or enjoy a glass of wine on the outdoor furniture. On the lower level, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms provide the utmost privacy for guests. The master bedroom is equipped with a king sized bed, Roku TV, washer and dryer, and private sliding door access to the exterior deck. The 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed with Smart TV, while the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds, a Roku TV, and Playstation 4. Hulu and Netflix are provided for streaming. Each room is equipped with individual wall heaters to allow you to have the perfect temperature for your stay. Local attractions including Grandfather Mountain, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk Winery, Grandfather Winery, Tweetsie Railroad, Sugar Mountain, Linville Caverns, Whitewater Rafting, Ziplining, and Sugar Creek Gemstone Mine and Mystery Hill are only a short drive away! Situated on the 1st hole of the Beech Mtn Golf Course and 1.8 miles to Beech Mountain Ski Resort. The large upper deck overlooks the 1st hole with long-range winter views. The home is prefect for an intimate golf retreat or a large group ready to hit the slopes. Main living area offers 3 bedrooms with private en suite bathrooms! The down stairs is perfect for kids! Table Tennis, foosball, and lots of board games. Parking for 7 cars. The home sits directly on the putting green on the 1st hole of Beech Mountain Golf Course to the right with partial views of the 9th hole to the left. All golfers pass by, so the upper deck is an ideal place to watch as golfers try their luck at the first green. There is a small pond within view and is a favorite hangout for the many deer that call the mountain home. Many people make use of the golf cart path as a jogging/walking trail during warmer months. The golf club is open seven days a week from May through October.This property does not have central A/C which is standard for many homes on the mountain given the relatively cool summers at this elevation. There are box fans located throughout the home, if needed.As your host, I aim to make your stay as comfortable as possible! My mission is to help my guests create lasting memories. For me to do so, I would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules and confirm that is has been reviewed WITHIN 72 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. There is no air conditioning but the summer temperatures on Beech are mild (average 75 degrees) and each bedroom has a fan. The townhouse is three stories with two bedrooms - one queen and 4 single bunks - and a bathroom on the first level.
