With no immediate neighbours, Montate is accessed via a 400m private road, ensuring complete privacy and tranquillity. There is a private heated saltwater pool, various outdoor eating areas and barbecue, and a wonderful sun deck from where you can enjoy the views. Inside the house facilities include 4 bedrooms - 2 kingsize, 1 twin and 1 bunk bed room, 2 bathrooms - one with shower, one bath/shower. Fully fitted kitchen/diner with dishwasher, oven and fridge. It’s perfect for those looking to get away from it all and relax with family and friends. It’s not the best option for those looking to be at the centre of the action, although day trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the beach are all manageable from the house. Barga offers several excellent restaurant/bar options in addition to supermarket and other amenities and a local taxi service is available for those who would prefer not to drive.
