Check in with relatively smooth even though it was during the New Year. One thing to note is that it was freezing at the check in counter because the draught was coming in through the opened doors. The bed in the standard room was huge and comfortable. The only con is the basin had poor drainage and water flowed very slowly when in use. Overall really happy with our stay. Location was fantastic too!

A room with a Concorde view! Great hotel for early flight. We have experienced other hotels at Heathrow and this one is the best. Very friendly staff, clean, great location. We walk to the tube in the morning, 5 mins walk and a short free tube ride to the airport terminal. Good is nice in the pub/restaurant and again competitive compared to some other overpriced hotels at Heathrow.

Sijainti oli täydellinen - vain muutaman minuutin kävelymatkan päässä T4: stä. Henkilökunta oli minulle kohokohta. Kaikki tapaamani lähtöselvityshenkilöstöstä ravintolaisännöihin ja pöytäsiivoojiin aamiaisella olivat kohteliaita, iloisia ja ystävällisiä. He kaikki tekevät hienoa työtä. Nopea palvelu hymyillen. Se on erittäin arvostettu pitkän matkapäivän jälkeen. Huoneen mukavuudet olivat keskimääräisiä. Minulla oli kaikki mitä tarvitsin. Ei mitään erikoista. Siellä oli melko hyvä valikoima aamiaisruokia. Jälleen, ei mitään poikkeavaa, mutta tarpeeksi pitämään minut onnelliseksi: muroja, paahtoleipää ja leivonnaisia, kuumaa valikoimaa, mukaan lukien pekonia, makkaraa, munia ja hasiruskeita. Yksi asia, jonka haluaisin hieman huomioida, oli siisteys… Huoneessa oli tahroja matolla ja työpöydällä sekä likainen laasti suihkussa.

Yksi yö Heathrow'lla lennon jälkeen. Lähetin hotellille sähköpostia edellisenä iltana kysyäkseni mukavasta näköalasta, koska veljeni syntymäpäivälahja oli tulossa ja hän rakasti lentokoneiden katselua. Olin jo varannut huoneen kiitotielle päin, mutta jotkut huoneet ovat alemmissa kerroksissa, joten ne ovat rajoitetumpia. Hotelliin saapuessamme he olivat päivittäneet huoneemme sviittiin, mikä oli todella ihana ele, mutta olimme varanneet kahden hengen huoneen, ja sviitti oli kahden hengen. Pyysimme vuodesohvan pedaamista. Neljän vastaanottokäynnin ja viiden tunnin odotuksen jälkeen siivoojat pedasivat lopulta vuodesohvan. Tässä vaiheessa olimme erittäin väsyneitä, koska meillä oli ollut todella pitkä päivä, joten se hieman heikensi kokemustamme. Syntymäpäiväkakku ja viesti sviitissä olivat ihana lisä. Päivystyksen myötä saimme pääsyn Executive Loungeen, josta on upea näköala kiitotielle lentokoneiden katselua varten. Juomia oli saatavilla koko päivän, alkoholia illalla ja kanapeita. Toisin kuin kaikissa muissa Executive Loungeissa, joissa olen käynyt, kanapeet tarjoiltiin pöytään, mikä tuntui hieman oudolta ja teki myös palvelusta erittäin hidasta, koska lounge oli täynnä. Tarkoitti myös suurempaa hävikkiä, koska ihmiset eivät halunneet kaikkea valikoimasta. Tämän vierailun perusteella en varaisi huonetta, jolla olisi pääsy loungeen. Lentokentällä on paljon parempia hotelleja, joissa on paremmat lounget, jos etsit sitä. Sängyt olivat erittäin mukavat. Ihana kylpyhuone. Jälleen upea näköala kiitotielle. Ilmastointi ei laskenut alle 20 asteen, mikä oli hieman ärsyttävää, kun otetaan huomioon, kuinka lämmin Lontoossa on tällä hetkellä. Loistava valikoima aamiaisella. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Herkullista ruokaa. Yöpyisin täällä uudelleen, mutta en olisi huolissani pääsystä executive loungeen, koska se oli pettymys.

Hyvin ystävällinen henkilöstö on huomannut, että olin väsynyt ja tarjosi ilmainen pullo vettä sisäänkäynnin. Kuva sisäänkäynnin oli suurempi kuin odotin. Yritin käyttää sovellusta ja kotisivulta yrittää päästä digitaalitila avain, mutta oli silti epäonnistunut.

During my recent stay at The Novotel on the outskirts of London, I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The hotel excelled in several areas, making it a delightful getaway. Their promptness and willingness to assist with any queries or needs added greatly to the overall experience. Location: Situated on the serene outskirts of London, the hotel offers a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The location is ideal for those looking to unwind while still having easy access to the city’s attractions. The surrounding area is lush and tranquil, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Despite being a bit removed from the city centre, transportation options were convenient, making it easy to explore London when desired. Overall Experience: Our stay at Novotel was nothing short of wonderful. With its pristine cleanliness, outstanding service, and ideal location, it provided a perfect blend of comfort and serenity. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or a base to explore London, this hotel is an excellent choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Location is near walking distance to Hounslow Central tube station. Many outlets for eating and groceries shop , close to Hounslow high street. The whole guest house is quite clean , spacious ,  modernised and eye catching decorations. I booked for the cheapest a small  single room with shared bathroom, even that the room has many things to offer - a small fridge with a free water bottle, a kettle with tea/ coffee and a biscuit warmly welcome showing hospitality, a safe , a hairdryer , hangers and wardrobe, a double fan ! Bedside switch and both usb and sockets close to bed . Bed is comfy and nice pillows .A flat TV ( sometimes signals are not very good but at least easy  to browse and watch )and free WiFi . There is a bigger fridge and a microwave and sitting area downstairs . There is a free car parking which is really a bonus for us and also quite spacious and for at least 12-14 cars and has some shades from trees. The reception and staff are very helpful and kind .I have appointment at 10 in the downtown travel with underground over 1 hr + walking time 15-20 mins and unfortunately there were triple booked at 10 am and a long wait made me come back late by 12:25 but kindly allow to keep my car till I come. All in all, I booked another date in November to come back .

Great stay for four adults in the double double-room, there was a separator in the middle of the room so a bit of privacy was provided. Complementary cocktails were a nice perk too. Cool view of planes landing at Heathrow

Our room was amazing and we had everything we needed in terms of the kitchen utensils. Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing was they didn't have water filter in each floors only at the reception which was a bit inconvenient but other than that everything was great. Location was ok as we had to take bus to reach nearest tube station. The distance was not walkable to be honest specially with kids or elderly people. 5-6 bus stops to be precise. Overall I liked my stay here.

I stayed in a single room 512. It was a larger than expected room and the bed was high and comfortable. The hotel was easy to find you can catch the H91 bus from Osterley or walk for 15 mins from the station. The room had a fridge, TV and a decent bathroom with body cream in addition to all the usual cleansers. The shower was great! The room was carpeted and that was nice. There was a kettle with a basic range of hot drinks. The breakfast was good but the coffee not so good. I liked the choice of fresh fruit. The hot breakfast was varied but a bit cold. The toaster was not toasting the bread that well. The croissants were very nice crappy and fresh. The staff were pleasant and the foyer areas welcoming. I enjoyed my stay as I was visiting Kew Gardens and it took a short bus ride directly from the hotel and that was very good. So local to visit Kew Gardens. There are lots of food places around the hotel that are excellent value. I tried a chicken Biryani and it was superb! All very reasonably priced. The H91 bus stop is directly outside the hotel. I had a good view of Heathrow airport from my window and I was amazed how many flights went over the hotel. I couldn’t hear the planes but enjoyed watching them. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay again. It was a good value choice and met all my needs. Excellent stay for visiting Kew Gardens and a very reasonable price! The images I’ve uploaded are the hotel from the outside the view from my room, interior of the room after I stayed! And the bathroom and cleansers hope it’s a help folks!
