An amazing relaxing 2 day break, used the bikes to explore the local champagne vineyard.

Very clean and spacious hotel. The staff were super friendly. The bar and restaurant is open late until midnight, they have a snack shop. The breakfast was nice also the hotel is spacious and beautiful. I would defenitly go back if staying in Reims. It's not located directly at the city center though, but at least it's quiet. They have a parking place for those coming by car. I recommend it

Une nuit passée dans un Magnifique château. Réservé une chambre sur le mi-chemin à la destination. Un château au 17eme siècle mais la commodité n’est pas démodée du tout. C’est bien calm et on entend même pas de bruit de voisins. Par contre le Petit déjeuner n’est pas copieux et est moins varié par rapport au prix. Les personnels sont très aimables. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Reims train station, but reaching it was more challenging than expected. You need to exit the station through a specific platform exit that’s not easy to find, as there is little to no signage. We took the wrong exit, which added an extra 15 minutes to our walk to the hotel. Upon arrival, we were quite surprised by the reception—or rather, the lack of a traditional one. It consists of just a small coffee table with a single computer, where one staff member manages both check-ins and check-outs while constantly running back and forth to assist guests. Initially, I thought this was just a secondary station and that a more formal reception area existed elsewhere, but that wasn't the case. I couldn’t understand how one staff member could handle all the guests with such limited resources, especially during busy periods. I suspect it could easily become chaotic during peak hours. The room itself was quite small, and breakfast was not included in the rate. However, the hotel had an interesting offer: if we opted not to have housekeeping during our stay, they provided two complimentary glasses of champagne. We were happy with this arrangement, as we usually prefer not to have anyone enter our room during a short stay. We did enjoy our two glasses of champagne at the bar after dinner, which was a nice touch. That said, with no breakfast included, there might be better value options available in the area. It's also worth noting that finding a place for breakfast near the hotel wasn’t easy, with limited options within a 5-minute walk.

The hotel was soled out. The first morning breackfast was a total desaster. No personal, almost impossible to have food. Even a problem to have a hot drink. A bad experience. Fould of the management. Nobody of the management there. Just some nice young girl. Of course she could di nothing. Management should be fired immediatly.. Personal of the hotel was very nice. But.......

Great hotel when you are on a short trip. Room are clean and nice, a bit old. There is a restaurant in the lobby, it has quite a warm atmosphere and game area to network or have fun. There is also a shop with all the specialities of the region, like champagne. Totally happy with my stay, can recommend it.
