"The reception staff were very kind, and went out of their way to help us. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, and the room was very clean and well equipped, with all the amenities of excellent quality. The only slight issue was that the room was very cold, and took a long time to heat up.
The hotel is right next to the ancient town, and only a short walk into the main town centre. Breakfast was perfectly fine.
There is a car park underneath the hotel, and the security guard was diligent about making sure our bikes were kept safe, which is very much appreciated by us."

"基本還可以，不好的就是温泉和住宿是在兩個不同的區域，帶着孩子來回容易感冒。還有就是大週末的，室內温泉小童遊樂場哪裡盡然不開，冷水的，回覆説是制熱壞了，就很無語，是看着人少不開就明説。帶孩子來，如果知道不開，還不如去玉溪的嘎灑，價格也就差幾十元。還有時空樂園，不得不吐槽，好幾個項目都是維修中。。。週末啊，這是週末啊"

"1：首先酒店房間佈局很好，洗漱台和浴室是分離出來的，辦公的桌子擺放位置也很合適就在窗户邊上，窗户預留空間大，光線充足。
2：前台服務熱情，入住前介紹的很詳細，基本屬於隨叫隨到那種。
3:退房時間很充足，可以到下午2點，早點種類也不錯，基本滿足大多數人需求。
4，房間設施較好，電視是小米的，分辨率挺高的，沐浴時花灑的水壓很大，空間也比較大。
總結下來酒店還是很不錯的，值得入住。"

"超出預期的好，帶孩子出行，到房間發現雙床拼不了，聯繫前台立馬給換了大床，解決了我們帶娃的麻煩，十分周到貼心。另外户外泡池風景很好，各種温度各種大小的池子，超適合不同體感温度的人羣，早餐也很豐富，還有雲南特色燒餌塊😂，很接地氣了。總之景好、酒店設施服務好，適合度假。"
