"A great find on our drive from Xi'an to Jiuzhaigou. The hotel is beautiful. we had a double deluxe room, beds were clean and comfortable, spacious bathroom with toiletries and good showers. Breakfast was traditional chinese, fried eggs and bread available. The service desk staff were brilliant, listened to our needs and were very patient and helpful dealing with foreign passports. would definitely recommend."

"一、我訂的特價房，老闆給升級為豪華房。對此表示感謝。豪華房間乾淨衞生。
二、服務到位，服務態度好，服務員有禮貌。
三、早餐比較好，酒店的早餐是清真歺，炒菜和炒米飯很棒，服務到位。服務員好。
四、酒店的周邊環境比較全，酒店的建築是雙子座設計。包括了，超市，歺飲，茶歺廳，KTV，清真歺廳等等非常全。
五、酒店門前沒有停車位，酒店有地下停車場，共有94個車位，停車場是對外開放的，不是專用的，住酒店免費停車。整棟建築裏面的商家共享。根據本人的體驗不建議高豐期駕車前往。
六、酒店距離西狹頌景區很近，10多公里。"

"又住了一天，因為其他酒店總服務枱服務員也差不多的德行，但是今天這個總服務枱小女孩態度可以，還主動給我借雨傘，但是我車上有雨傘，但她態度不錯，諮詢問題也能耐心解答，不像第一天那兩個老一點的，諮詢一下好像很不耐煩的樣子，咋了？你在那個前台不就是服務客人的嗎？****的怎麼服務？回家享受去啊，打工掙錢就好好乾，要對得起工資，對得起衣食父母"
