This is a property with absolutely UNPARALLELED panoramic harbor and island views--read our reviews that agree with us. This recently renovated, simply and tastefully furnished villa located on a breezy gated acre of land overlooking Charlotte Amalie Harbor will amaze you! It features a spectacular, panoramic view, large, comfortable living spaces that include three air conditioned bedrooms, three full baths, a full designer kitchen, propane grill, an intimate plunge pool, off street parking and a host of other amenities. Internet is available (not guaranteed). **Note that due to island conditions, there may be intermittent power outages.** The road to the property is STEEP--if renting a vehicle, a 4-wheel drive is VERY STRONGLY recommended. A rental car is especially recommended since we are NOT a walking community, as is true in much of St. Thomas.
