Books, puzzles, games, toys and attic nooks are a few of the things they will enjoy. Full eat-in kitchen with a view of the backyard has everything you’ll need. There is a crib and a desk in one of the debrooms. The beautifully finished attic has a sectional, TV, and two day beds each having an additional trundle bed as well. Kids love sleeping up there. Such a great space.The spaceThe 2nd and 3rd floors of a beautiful craftsman triplex.Guest accessEnter in the side door with a key pad. This gives access to a shared public laundry roomand entrance to three units. Each unit is private and has their own key pad on their door.Other things to noteThe entrance is on the first floor. Please take off your shoes. The second floor has the kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and three bedrooms. The third floor attic is a multipurpose room that has 2 Day Beds each having a trundle bed (in total four twin beds), sectional sofa and a TV.Please help keep noise levels down for the unit below you. Please take off your shoes at the entrance and walk around lightly on the second floor.
