When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

Check in was a breeze with self service coffee and tea station at their reception. They provide some useful tips around the area and a map for reference. We stayed on the second floor which I don't recommend if you are carrying big luggages. Try to get first floor for convenience since the view is still great. Parking is free for hotel guests right at door step and widely available. Coin machines ain't working during my stay (tho reception lady claimed it was working during check in). Had to make a run all the way back to the counter to get coins changed (laundry room and reception isn't even that exactly near). Washer didn't even spin dry my clothes during wash mode and I had to wash twice before | throw it into the dryer. Costs about $2-3 each time.

Excellent hotel, the breakfast was really good, also room is wonderful and clean.

Good location, very near to the entrance of the Zion national park. You can see partial of the Zion mountain just behind the hotel and the views are beautiful, especially during the sunset time.

Clean and nice hotel friendly people. Only disapointing Wifi for Usa.

普通汽車旅館，基本配置，衞生不錯，位置很好，自駕或搭乘景點班車都很方便，早餐在同類住宿中屬於很不錯的。在當地住宿選擇中屬於性價比較好的，推薦入住。

Wir waren hier sehr zufrieden. Haben sogar noch einen Tag länger hier verbracht als ursprünglich geplant. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Die Betten bequem. Das Bad war modern und ebenfalls sauber. Das Personal war super freundlich. Unserem Sohn hat besonders der Pool gefallen. Das inkludierte Frühstück ist für amerikanische Motel Verhältnisse eines der besseren. Das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt hier auf jeden Fall. Wir können das Motel nur empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen, wenn wir in der Nähe sind.

The staff Maddie, Brandie the trainee, Tiffany, Mrs. C from the front desk were all hilarious and helpful. They made my stay even more enjoyable. The were knowledgeable, helpful and humorous. I'm glad I met them. I asked about turkey sausage(I don't eat pork) they facilitated my desire!!!. I am giving them all thumbs way up and kudos! Taalib

My family enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Good environment to eat breakfast, with a lot of restaurants nearby the hotel
