Equipped to sleep 8 on the first floor and 4 additional people can climb the ladder to the sleeping loft. There is a slight slope to the driveway but many modifications have been made for ample parking and ease of access in the winter months. The home is centrally located a VERY short distance down a private road. Within 5 miles of Young's General Store, 1840, Rainbow Grille, The Buck Rub Pub,The Pitstop and Bear Rock Adventures. When renting with Camp Coös you will have access to the main floor of the home, downstairs 1/2 bathroom and loft. There is no access to the garage that is on the property. This beautiful home is located on 2+ private acres with a fire pit to the side of the home and a large deck overlooking the mountains and Lake Francis. We do not allow family pets at this time. We do make exceptions for crated hunting dogs during bird season. Unauthorized dogs will forfeit entire security deposit.We do have a cameras looking at the front steps and one on the garage door. We also have a camera on the back of the house facing a snow stick in the winter to monitor snow depth as well as the generator. There is a ring camera on the main door to monitor the steps. These cameras are on and only to used to protect the house when guest are not present. No audio recording. There are NO cameras inside the home. Equipped to sleep 8 on the first floor and 4 additional people can climb the ladder to the sleeping loft.Check in 4pm and check out 10am.
