NO FIRES GUESTS MUST CLEAN UP ALL GARBAGE OUTSIDE FROM THE YARD EVERY NIGHT. $50 EXCESSIVE CLEANUP FEE IF GARBAGE IS LEFT OUTSIDE. Guests are responsible for taking care of cleaning up any furniture and keeping the grill clean (if used) upon departure.
