Located in the heart of the finger lakes your vacation retreat sits on two acres with a wrap around deck where you can barbecue and relax. From here you can visit the wineries and distilleries, enjoy the Amish markets, boat, swim, water ski or fish. After a full day you can relax with your family or friends at this secluded sanctuary just up the hill from the Severne Point boat launch.The spaceThe main house has a great room that opens onto a full length deck overlooking a 2 acre lot and Seneca Lake. There are two full bedrooms each with a queen bed and a den with a queen sleeper sofa. Outside the kids will enjoy the detached bunk room (note the bathrooms are in the main house). The bunk room also serves as a remote office allowing for longer stays.Guest accessGuests have access to the full house and the detached bunk room.Other things to noteThe bunk room has one set of bunk beds and is located in an heated/air conditioned out building. Our kids love their own space and privacy but there is no bathroom in the bunk room.
