On the back patio, you will find a hot tub, small outdoor table, and chairs, as well as a gas grill.The neighborhood is a quiet, tucked away area behind the hospital in the village of Millersburg. The house is along a dead-end street, so there is very little traffic. We are within walking distance to Rails to Trails bike/walking trail. Hot tub, firepit and awesome outdoor patio. Very spacious home to relax and entertain. There is an upstairs coffee station and full bath along with 2 bedrooms. Full bath and bedroom on first floor. Fully stocked kitchen. Everything you need to make you feel right at home. We have a record player, games and more. Best of both worlds, close to town but private with a yard and patio. Very unique home.
